# Method:

03 - In a large bowl, mix thawed hash browns, cooked sausage, diced red bell pepper, green onions, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese until evenly blended.
04 - Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until fully incorporated.
05 - Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to coat evenly.
06 - Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.
07 - Bake for 35–40 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
